
At least one person died Saturday night in a traffic collision on northbound Interstate Highway 280 just north of U.S. Highway 101 in San Jose, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The first report of collision came in at 11:10 p.m., CHP Officer William Ogilvie said.
Three lanes of the highway were blocked and the highway patrol issued a Sig-alert at 11:27 p.m.
