Lass Your Aff Off! Stand-up Comedy

On Thursday, October 22 we’re proud to bring back one of our all-time favorites to the Voco Hotel, James P. Connolly, and you’re not going to want to miss the fun.

James attended Harvard University on a Marine Corps ROTC Scholarship. While serving in Desert Storm, he was ordered to write jokes for a Colonel. Arriving in Hollywood, he began to perform at LA’s major comedy venues and soon popped up on television, commercials and in small films.  He has appeared on America’s Got Talent, Comedy Central, HBO, in the new Netflix series, “Larry Charles: Dangerous World of Comedy”, and on the Audible Audio Documentary, “Strong Ending”. Most recently James completed his Dry Bar comedy special.

James can be heard daily on SiriusXM Comedy Channels, has hosted “Live From Here” for National Lampoon XM Radio, and recorded a “Blue Collar Radio Comedy Concert” for SiriusXM, He produces an annual Veterans Day Comedy Show benefiting the Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP).

Joining James at the Voco Hotel is crowd favorite Keith Michael Ashton. Keith’s mesmerizing stage presence and honest, razor-sharp humor has made him a favorite at comedy clubs across the U.S. Keith performs regularly at Los Angeles clubs such as the Improv and Ice House and has made television appearances on shows on CBS, BET, and Comedy Central.

And if that wasn’t already enough, we also have the wonderfully funny Freddy Kuhn. Freddy can be seen performing regularly throughout a variety of OC & LA clubs. His low-key delivery, instant likability, and comedic observations, has made him an audience favorite wherever he performs.

Our big show on October 22 will be hosted by the very talented Paula Faust.  Paula has been performing standup for over 15 years and has performed at many iconic comedy clubs like The Comedy Store, The Improv, and The Ice House. Paula has appeared with the Funniest Housewives of Orange County and California Funniest Females. She has appeared on numerous radio shows and podcasts and is currently involved in a reality TV pilot.  Get your tickets early as this show will fill up quickly and get ready to Lass Your Aff Off!!
