Whether or not to move forward with the development will be discussed at a public hearing set for Monday, Feb. 9.
MISSION VIEJO, CA — A potential new housing development is on the table in the City of Mission Viejo.
The new six-story apartment building, petitioned by Equity Residential, will sit upon the existing Vista Del Lago apartments located at 21622 Marguerite Parkway if city officials move forward with the proposal.
According to city staff, developers are looking to demolish the 68 existing units within the 3.87-acre project site and construct 418 new units for an overall total of 958 units.
