The gathering is from 8:30 to 9:45 am on Saturday, September 11 in The Kershaw Garden at 200 Civic Center.Â
In reflecting on the 20th anniversary of that tragic day, the ceremony will include representatives from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD), Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA), and Mayor Trish Kelley sharing heartfelt messages. A moment of silence will correspond with the time the first plane hit the North Tower of the World Trade Center.
