Ditch the bloat & curb the cravings

The holidays are here and it's time to enjoy the food and festivities. Then what? 
If you've never thought about a seasonal cleanse, perhaps it's time. When you cleanse on the inside, it shows up on the outside. A cleanse is about removing toxins from your body. Toxins are stored in fat cells. The more toxins stored in your body, the more fat your body needs to hold. Once you remove the toxins, your body will be able to release the fat and let go of excess weight. You may have symptoms of chronic toxicity that you don’t label as being toxic. Here is a list, and if any of these sound familiar, keep in mind that detoxifying might be critical for you to get healthy and feel good again.
