Donations are Sought for St.Kilian's, Oktoberfest.

Donations are sought for St. Kilian’s, three-day, Oktoberfest that will be held at 26872 Estanciero Dr, Mission Viejo, CA 92691 on Oct. 11-13, 2015.

This is a great, free family event for the community, but it wouldn’t be possible without the many generous donations, sponsors and volunteers.

How can you get involved? You can donate for the Book Nook, Silent Auction, plant and drink sale.

If you are donating for the Book Nook we are accepting new and gently used books now. We are not able to accept old books, encyclopedias, magazines (Reader’s Digest), text books or out of date computer books. Along with books, we need new and used DVD’s and CDS.

Collection carts are located outside of the parish office. Please do not bring your items to the office.

Suggested items for the Silent Auction include gift cards, jewelry, concert and sporting event tickets, toys, sporting goods- any items that can be put in gift baskets. There will be a plant and drink sale. Donate your plants as well as wine, soda and water. Plant donations may be dropped off on Thursday, Oct. 8.

If you want to get involved the next Ocktober Fest meeting is Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015 at 7 pm in the Parish Center. Bring your energy, fun and friends.
