This dish below took me about five hours to make, but my wife said that it was one of the best sandwiches she's ever had. Yes that's insane! But I don't care-it was worth the look on my wife's face as she was blissfully eating it!
Gluten-free can be a challenge. But if your willing to spend a little time with it, you will probably amaze yourself at how good it can be.
