High Winds Wreak Havoc Across Mission Viejo
City crews were hard at work Wednesday monitoring dangerous wind conditions and responding to downed trees.
January 7, 2025
City crews are busy monitoring conditions and responding to downed trees or obstructions in the public right-of-way. High winds caused a tree Tuesday to topple at Oso Creek Golf Course, which posed no danger or damage as well as a private tree in a homeowner’s association that fell on a vehicle. HOA officials responded to that incident. No one was reported injured.
