Man Held On Suspicion Of Shooting 22-Year-Old Roommate To Death In Mission Viejo

The 22-year-old suspect was being held on $1 million bail, Orange County Sheriff's deputies said.

MISSION VIEJO, CA — A 22-year-old Mission Viejo man was behind bars Wednesday on suspicion of fatally shooting his roommate.

Michael Guy Levy, who was being held on $1 million bail, was accused of fatally shooting 22-year-old Noah Christian Aguilar, according to Orange County sheriff's deputies.

Deputies were dispatched to the 27000 block of Ruisenor at 4:44 p.m. Tuesday. When they arrived they found the victim, who sustained a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene, deputies said.
