Photos: Afternoon Tea, Sweets, and Cellos

Seniors and family enjoyed a tea party, dessert and a concert at the Norman P. Murray Center Thursday afternoon.

Seniors and families gathered for a tea party at the Thursday afternoon to enjoy tea, dessert and a live cello concert performed by the National Cello Institute Advanced Residency Program at the Pioneer School of Music, Co-sponsored by the Music Institute of Chicago.

Students of this four-week program based in Tustin, CA, undergo rigorous training for more than seven hours a day. They play throughout Southern California.

Proceeds from the Tea Party and concert went to charity.
