What Do Runners Need—That They Don't Know They Need?
We asked A Snail's Pace what item gets overlooked by runners.

Running is a simple sport. You put on your workout clothes and step out the door, right? Wrong, says Joe Lourenco, the General Manager of A Snail's Pace in the Alicia Towne Plaza just off I-5.
We asked Lourenco: What’s one item that runners need, but often overlook?
"Body Glide," he said. "It’s an anti-chafing stick that works for blisters, any friction areas -anywhere where you’re getting some uncomfortable running when you’re working out. A lot of people use Body Glide. I recommend it to anyone who thinks that blisters or chafing is a normal part of working out. We introduce it to everybody so they can go out there and run without those issues."
