USPS To Host Job Fair In July Near Mission Viejo: What To Know

MISSION VIEJO, CA — Are you on the hunt for a new career in or around Mission Viejo? The United States Postal Service is looking to fill hundreds of job opportunities across the region, and residents can apply for a new career at one of the several hiring fairs popping up in Orange County.

"As part of our innovative and bold 10-year plan, Delivering for America, the Postal Service is committed to seeding a blossoming career for the next generation of U.S. Postal Service employees," a USPS news release said.

The Postal Service is currently hiring clerks, mail handlers, city and rural mail carriers, tractor trailer operators, mechanics, laborer custodians and automotive technicians, the release said.

A career with the Postal Service offers the chance to cultivate relationships in your community, deliver consistency to the American public and make a real-time impact to all you serve, the news release said.

  • Tuesday, June 27, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
• Irvine Post Office, 15642 Sand Canyon Rd.
  • Tuesday, July 11, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Brea Post Office, 700 E. Birch St.
  • Tuesday, July 18, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Laguna Hills Post Office, 4001 Calle De La Magdalena
  • Tuesday, July 25, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Santa Ana EDD, 801 W. Civic Center Dr.
  • Monday, July 31, noon - 2 p.m.
