Volunteers sought for Mission Viejo's Inner-Coastal Watershed Clean-Up Day

Help us clean-up the environment Sept. 19

Families, groups, businesses and individuals are sought to take part in Mission Viejo’s Inner-Coastal Watershed Clean-Up Day from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, September 19.

The event kicks off with registration at the Oso Creek Trailhead on Marguerite Parkway (located just south of Marguerite and Estanciero on the east side of Marguerite). Volunteers will help collect trash and debris in and around Oso Creek and the nearby commercial center.

Held annually in conjunction with Coastal Clean-Up Day, this event is one of California’s biggest volunteer efforts. Last year, clean-up events took place around the county along beaches, creeks and streams.
