A multi-vehicle collision closed down three lanes of the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway in Monrovia this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash was reported at 5:01 a.m. just east of Myrtle Avenue, said CHP Officer Monica Posada. Only the carpool lane remained open following the crash, she said. A person was treated for minor injuries. All lanes were reopened about 6:15 a.m., said CHP Officer Ed Jacobs.
