The blaze, on the 600 block of Windsor Road, was knocked down by around 30 firefighters after just over half an hour, an Arcadia Fire Department floor supervisor said. The floor supervisor said the extent of the damage to the two-story apartment block was still being assessed. The identity and condition of the injured person was not available. —City News Service
