MONROVIA -- Sheriff's deputies searched Thursday for three men who shot and wounded a man in unincorporated Mayflower Village just south of Monrovia.  The shooting occurred around 7:20 p.m. Wednesday at Flagstone Avenue and Maydee Street, said Lt. Ronald Daily of the Sheriff's Temple City Station.  Authorities received a call from a local hospital notifying them that the victim was there with a gunshot wound to one of his arms.  The victim had been in the area of the shooting with two other men when they were fired on by three men in a white sedan, Daily said. The other men were not hurt in the shooting.  The motive behind the shooting was not immediately determined.
