Blog: MHS Renaissance Celebrates September's Students of the Month

On Thursday ten students from Monrovia High School received the honor of being named the Renaissance Students of the Month.  Students were rewarded with a lunch at Enrique's in Monrovia, generously sponsored by School Board member Alex Zucco.  Teachers are asked to nominate a deserving student and create their own criteria for selecting their student to be recognized.  Students recognized this week were: Kailyn Elliot, Christian Gonzalez, Alex Hammett, Avonte Moore, Alexis Barstow, Alec Chan, Jacqueline Alvarez, Jada Rodriguez, Hanna Reynaga and Harmony Noennich.  Recognition signs will be posted at each of these great young people's homes in the next few days.  If you see one in your neighborhood be sure to congratulate another great Wildcat for their achievement!
