Patch Blog: Renaissance Helps 5 More 'Sign on the Line'

On Thursday five seniors at Monrovia High School were joined by their parents, friends and teachers at lunch in the main quad to celebrate their signing to the universities they will call home for the next four years. 

• Azucena Gastelum was joined by her parents as she signed to the University of Laverne.
• Coy Ritter was joined by his mother and grandmother and signed on the line to attend Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. 
• Jade Banks and a multitude of friends celebrated her signing to St. Francis University, although she has not chosen which campus she will be attending yet. Chicago or Ft. Wayne will be lucky to have her. 
• Alexis Martinez and her parents were thrilled as she signed to attend Cal State Los Angeles.
• Rebecca Rangel, was joined by her parents and sister as she signed with Cal State Dominguez Hills. 
  
  The Renaissance program is thrilled to wrap up our March celebrations and recognitions and look ahead to April and many more events as Seniors make there decisions and commitments for the coming Fall. Photos will be posted soon!
