Patch Blog: Rotary Club of Monrovia Announces Upcoming Scholarships

Scholarship applications are now being accepted for graduating Seniors at MHS, Canyon Oaks, and Mountain Park schools. Vocational scholarships at the Adult School are also being offered.

Effective immediately, Scholarship applications are being accepted for graduating Senior (12th Grade) students at , , and Mountain Park School. Vocational Scholarships are also available at the .

The Monrovia Community Adult School, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Monrovia, will provide financial assistance for multiple Vocational Scholarships as follows: The Rotary Club of Monrovia will provide 50% of the cost for each scholarship and the Monrovia Community Adult School will discount the amount for each by 50%, making it a zero “tuition” cost for the recipient. (Please note that certain fees, books, uniforms, certifications and supplies are not included.)

To apply for vocational scholarships at the  please contact Counselor Theresa Petersen (626) 471-3041 to request the application or ask questions. 

To apply for community service or academic scholarships at  please contact Counselor Noel Hernandez (626) 471-2863 to request the application or ask questions.

All scholarship applications must be submitted no later than March 30, 2012.
