City of Monrovia's 7th Annual MAP Neighborhood Conference

Join us on April 23rd for our 7th Annual MAP Neighborhood Conference! Click the link to sign up! #Community #Neighborhoods #Monrovia

This year, MAP is hosting the 7th Annual MAP Neighborhood Conference on Saturday, April 23rd from 9:30 am to 3:00pm at the Monrovia Community Center. This years’ theme is Healthy Communities, Healthy Homes, Healthy People!

Each year, the conference features exciting and hands-on 50 minute workshops covering material regarding community safety, City government, and community resources. These workshops and activities have been designed for a diverse set of participants, which is why this Neighborhood Conference is the perfect day of casual training and networking for employees, volunteers, employers, board members and all residents looking to become more engaged in their neighborhoods.

Last year was a great turnout and, this year, we are expecting over 250 participants! Thanks to our generous partners, we will have free breakfast and lunch. After getting inspired by our phenomenal key-note – Nancy Clifton Hawkins from City of Hope – we will have our Community Health and Sustainability Fair, which has over 50 vendors, including the opportunity to meet City departments.
