Coroners Identify Man Who Shot Himself in Old Town
The man turned a gun on himself after threatening his wife with it in Old Town Saturday, police said.

Coroner's officials identified the man who on a busy sidewalk in front of his ex-wife and child Saturday.
Sue Chee Ng, 45, of Allen, TX, took his own life after holding his ex-wife at gunpoint Saturday afternoon. He was pointing the weapon at her head when police arrived, but pushed her out of the way and shot himself on a sidewalk outside the former building, authorities said.
The shooting forced police to block off the downtown district as an investigation commenced. Police Chief Jim Hunt , where he provided a few new details.

Hunt said the woman was driving through Old Town when she noticed her Ng following her in the car behind hers. She pulled over, and that's when Ng pulled the gun and threatened her. The couple had been arguing over their 7-year-old daughter, Hunt said.
"The husband ultimately became violent, grabbed his ex-wife and put a gun to her head," Hunt said. "As they did respond, officers confronted the individual and asked him to drop the weapon, which he did not and turned the gun on himself and took his own life."
