Thanksgiving Service - First Church of Christ, Scientist, Monrovia

Every Thanksgiving day, Christian Science churches the world over hold a one-hour service for prayer and gratitude to God for all the healing in their lives during the year. Hymns are sung by the congregation, a solo is sung, and a short Bible reading on the subject of gratitude are included. No offering is taken and free child care is provided for infants and toddlers.
