JFED PLAYERS COMMUNITY THEATRE ENSEMBLE ANNOUNCES AUDITIONS FOR ITS NEXT PRODUCTION: "TWELVE ANGRY JURORS"

Auditions for “Twelve Angry Jurors,” The JFed Players Community Theatre Ensemble’s next production, will be held in mid-May with performances in October.

What begins with a jury deliberating an open-and-shut case of murder soon becomes a detective story, revealing a succession of clues that the truth may not be as obvious as it first seemed and forcing each of the jurors to confront their prejudices and preconceptions about the trial, the accused, and each other. All of the action takes place on the stage of the jury room. Both men and women are encouraged to audition.

Come and audition for this important play, as relevant now as it was when it was first presented. Auditions will be held at 7 pm on Sunday-Tuesday, May 15-17, and Thursday, May 19, at the Jewish Federation, 114A Lime Ave., Monrovia. Performances will be in October at a venue in the San Gabriel Valley.
