Man Claims He Was Carjacked by Female Acquaintances in Angeles National Forest
Deputies say the man knows the women but does not know their names.

ANGELES NATIONAL FOREST, CA -- A man told deputies he was carjacked Monday in the Angeles National Forest by two women he was acquainted with but apparently did not know their names.
The carjacking was reported at 12:05 p.m. on Highway 39 near Crystal Lake, said Sgt. Michael McGrattan of the sheriff's San Dimas Station.
The man told deputies he drove the women, who were said to be in their 20s, to the mountains and while there he fell asleep in the passenger seat of his vehicle, which is when he said the women forced him out of the vehicle and took off with it.

"It's kind of a strange story," McGrattan said. "He knew the two women but didn't know their names. He drove them up there and they stole his car."
The vehicle was a silver 2010 Chrysler 300, McGrattan said.
