Man Found Dead in Azusa Riverbed With Multiple Gunshot Wounds
The victim appeared to have been there for a couple of days, authorities said.

AZUSA, CA -- A man who was found dead in an Azusa riverbed suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body and apparently had been there for several days, authorities said Wednesday.
The man was found about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of the aqueduct at Sierra Madre and Todd avenues, said Deputy Sara Rodriguez of the Sheriff's Information Bureau.
Sheriff's homicide detectives, who are assisting Azusa police in the investigation, learned the man was a transient and suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
