Ten years ago Richard found what he thought was his ideal little cottage in Monrovia, California. The home, located in a private community, was a great fit for him and for his lifestyle. After a fateful trip to visit family in Florida, however, Richard soon realized that perfection for him was actually fishing on the silky sands of sunshine state.
