• 17 law enforcement officers remembered at Siskiyou County ceremony (actionnewsnow.com) — Montague residents are included in today’s countywide remembrance of fallen law enforcement, with Constable E.E. Dixon of Montague among 17 officers honored in Yreka. The Peace Officer Memorial ceremony at the Old Courthouse also recognized four civilians who died while helping officers, underscoring the region’s long history of sacrifice in public safety.
