• 28k sf Montclair Retail Center Trades for $5.6 Mil (rentv.com) — A major neighborhood retail center on Moreno Street in Montclair just sold for $5.6 million, with rents still well below current market rates. The 28,000-square-foot property, near Montclair Place and new North Montclair housing, remains almost fully leased to local restaurants, services, and education tenants, giving the new owner room to raise rents over time.
