3 Children Injured After Being Struck by Car in Sun Valley

A green compact SUV with a damaged hood was stopped at the scene.

SUN VALLEY, CA -- Three children were struck by a vehicle and seriously injured Friday in Sun Valley.

The victims, all between 8 and 10 years old, were struck about 3:40 p.m. in the 8500 block of North Sunland Boulevard, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The children were taken to a hospital. Their conditions were not immediately available.
