Absurdist plays staged in Studio Theatre
"Action" by Sam Shepard and "Play" by Samuel Beckett will be performed at Glendale Community College.

“Action” by Sam Shepard and “Play” by Samuel Beckett will be performed by the Glendale Community College Theatre Arts Department in the Auditorium Studio Theatre for two weekends beginning Thursday, Oct. 30.
Additional shows are Oct. 31, Nov. 1, 6, 7 and 8 at 8 p.m. and at 2 p.m. on Nov. 2 and 9.
The plays are profound comments by the two playwrights on problems in modern communication, survival and human endurance no matter how absurd each environment has become.
Purchasing tickets in advance is strongly advised due to limited seating in the Studio Theatre. There is no late seating. Tickets are $15 general and $12 for students and seniors. The ticket prices include the $2 convenience fee. Tickets may be purchased online at www.glendalearts.org.
