LOS ANGELES, CA—(7/24/12). Award-winning actor and director John Walcutt is joining the faculty at 3-2-1 Acting Studios in La Crescenta, Owner/Artistic Director
Mae Ross announced.
Well-known for memorable roles in such award winning films as"Titanic" and "Little Miss Sunshine" and HBO's current hit "The Newsroom," Walcutt -- a Glendale resident -- begins instruction July 31 with a 7 p.m. class of 12 teens and young adults.
"There is no substitute for experience, and John's certainly got it!" Ms. Ross said. Walcutt has guest starred in over 150 TV series, including GREY’S ANATOMY, LOST, MAD MEN, and CRIMINAL MINDS with multiple recurring roles on CRASH, GHOST WHISPERER, and more. John currently plays Tea Party rabble-rouser Greg Owen on Aaron Sorkin’s hit new HBO series THE NEWSROOM with
