Anna passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 6 in Tujunga, California at the age of 94. She was a 53-year resident of the Sunland, Tujunga area.
Anna worked for more than 20 years at the Sunland Post Office as a clerk. Since retiring, she became a world traveler, visiting many places in the US and Europe, first with her husband and later with her friends.
She was an active member of the Sunland Tujunga AARP, Foothill Funsters, Sunland Woman’s Club and many organizations and services through her beloved church, Tujunga United Methodist.

Anna was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Arthur, and her son, Wm. Keith. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Charlotte Yerke of Sunland and Janet Harlan of Tujunga, 3 granddaughters, Elizabeth, Leslie and Kimberly, and 1 great granddaughter, Zoe and numerous nieces and nephews. Anna’s sweet smile and southern charm will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, March 11, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Tujunga United Methodist Church, 9901 Tujunga Canyon Blvd., Tujunga.
