Verdugo Hills Hospital Open Today for CV Students

The following is a message from the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce:

As we all try to deal with this tragedy that occurred in our community last week, it is important that our board, chamber members, business owners and residents to reach out to our friends and families and support CV High School in getting through these hard times.

Verdugo Hills Hospital will be open today [it has been since saturday] for CV students seeking counseling. Students need to go to the ER and tell them they are from CV. Counselors are prepared for them. Whether they have insurance or not, they are encouraged to go if their child needs to talk to a counselor. The district will cover the costs.
