Beach Bus Wheels Through Final Days of Summer
The last day to take the beach bus from La Crescenta or La Cañada Flintridge to Santa Monica will be Sept. 5.
There's still a little summer left to catch the for a cheap, fast way to waves and sand.
The hills to the sea bus is sponsored by and La Cañada Flintridge Mayor David Spence.
The transit picks up beachgoers Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Labor Day.

All children and adults cost $3. Seniors and people with disabiliites can ride for $1.50. Children under the age of 12 must have an adult chaperone.

Foothill and La Cañada boulevards at the northwest corner: 9:15 a.m.
on Rosemont Avenue: 9:30 a.m.
on La Crescenta Boulevard: 9:40 a.m.
Montrose Avenue and Ocean View Boulevard: 9:50 a.m.
Santa Monica Beach: 10:50 a.m.
Departure pick up locations
Santa Monica Beach Pier parking lot: 3:30 p.m.
Foothill and La Cañada boulevards: 4:30 p.m.
Two Strike Park on Rosemont Avenue: 4:40 p.m.
La Crescenta Library on La Crescenta Boulevard: 4:50 p.m.
Montrose Avenue and Ocean View Boulevard: 4:55 p.m.
