Let's start with 901 E. Mountain. This Glendale pool home with a view is a bright blue landmark in the prestigious Rossmoyne. The people who live and love this home are not afraid of color, but I think the true value is in the the huge 2589 sf size with the tiny price, $799,000. If you are looking for a bang for your buck, this is a must see home.

Another killer buy, in my opinion, is 5471 Rock Castle. This La Canada, fully remodeled view home just reduced to $779,900. I think it is one of the best values among homes in the Glendale School system.

The next home is not only a great value but is also wickedly cool. 5256 Gould is a 60's post and beam modern in La Canada with La Canada schools. The roof lines are almost Googie-esque and the interior is all about light, wood and a connection to nature. I am completely in love with this home.
