The deacons of are sponsoring a blood drive to benefit the Red Cross on Sunday, Oct. 2 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.   "We need a minimum of 30 people to sign-up and we hope that we will be able to double that number this year," Lecia Van Horn, one of the event organizers, said. The church decons have been sponsoring blood drives for many years and feel that it is one of the most valuable contributions that the church can make to our immediate community.
