College hosts French film festival
The Tournées French film festival at Glendale Community College will be held March 27, 28, April 3 and 4 in Kreider Hall.

The Tournées French film festival at Glendale Community College will be held March 27, 28, April 3 and 4 in Kreider Hall. All films have English subtitles and admission is free and open to the public.
The festival begins with “The Women of the 6th Floor” on March 27 from 2 to 4 p.m. There will also be French cooking demonstrations on March 28 and April 4 with Andrew Feldman, chair of GCC’s department of culinary arts, nutrition and hospitality and tourism, at 4 p.m. Pastry tasting from Renaud’s Patisserie and Bistro will follow the demonstration on both days at 4:30 p.m.
Other films to be screened include “Monsieur Lazhar” at 2 p.m. and “In the House” at 5 p.m. on March 28; “Approved for Adoption” at 2 p.m. on April 3; “Bay of Angels” at 2 p.m. and “The Attack” at 5 p.m. on April 4.
