Crime Blotter: Stolen iPad and Multiple Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Crescenta Valley Sheriff's Station and the Glendale Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following information was taken from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Crescenta Valley Station:

Petty Theft from Vehicle

On the afternoon of Wednesday, June 1, a shopper at , 2675 Foothill Blvd., left his Honda minivan unlocked in the market’s parking lot and returned a 30 minutes  later to find the vehicle’s sliding door wide open. The victim reported stolen an iPad, valued at $550, which had been left sitting on the car’s rear passenger seat.

At 10:34 a.m. Saturday June 4, Glendale Police arrested 49-year-old Elizabeth Greenecheer, whose occupation is listed as "park character," on alleged charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. The arrest occurred at Mountain Oaks.

Student Arrested for Making Threats

Wesley Klothor, a 19-year old student, was arrested at 3817 Santa Carlotta St. on alleged charges of making in threats at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday June 7.

The following information was taken from Crimemapping.com:                       

A vehicle break-in was reported at 3:20 a.m. Saturday June 4 in the 3400 block of Burritt Way.

Glendale Police reported a stolen vehicle in the 3700 block of Roselawn Avenue on the morning of Saturday June 4.

Glendale Police reported graffiti vandalism at 3:30 a.m. Sunday June 5 in the 2400 block of Honolulu Avenue.

An assault was reported in the 3600 block of Emanuel Drive at 10:56 p.m. Sunday June 5.

Glendale Police reported a petty theft at 1:52 p.m. Monday June 6 in the 2000 block of Verdugo Blvd.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported the petty theft of bicycles at 3 p.m. Monday June 6 from the 3100 block of Santa Carlotta Ave.

A commercial burglary occurred in the 2000 block of Verdugo Blvd at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday June 7.
