Crime Blotter: Thefts Large and Small

Sticker Stolen

A resident in the 2700 block of El Caminito Street reported that some time between 3 p.m. Oct. 11 and 8 a.m. Oct. 12, the DMV registration sticker was peeled from the license plate of her car, parked at her residence.

Stolen Car

A 2010 Red BMW 352i was reported stolen in the 3100 block of Olivos Lane about 9:10 p.m. Oct. 14.

Televisions Taken

A resident in the 2200 block of Mira Vista Avenue returned home at 10 p.m. Oct.  14, and noticed her emergency house key visible in its hiding place and her front door unlocked. A 42-inch LCD TV valued at $1,300 and a 27-inch LCD TV with a built-in DVD player valued at $300 were reported stolen.

Petty Theft Unlocked Vehicle

At 10:30 a.m. Oct. 16, a resident in the 2900 block of Mountain Pine Drive found her unlocked 2005 Ford F-150, unlocked and parked in front of the garage, ransacked. A garage door opener and Motorola Bluetooth were reported stolen.

A vehicle break-in was reported at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, October 15 in the 9700 block of Cabanas Avenue.

Glendale Police reported a drugs misdemeanor in the 3500 block of Downing Avenue at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, October 15.

A car was reported stolen at 1:45 a.m. Monday at Maryland Avenue and Paraiso Way.

Glendale Police reported a vehicle break-in at 3:42 a.m. Monday in the 3600 block of Fourth Avenue.

Glendale Police reported petty theft in the 2700 block of Montrose Avenue at 12:51 p.m. Monday.

Graffiti vandalism was reported in the 3700 block of Market Street at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday.

A drug felony arrest was made at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday at Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue.

The following reports were taken from Glendale Police daily booking reports. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Sunshine Marie Solomon, 36, was arrested at 11 p.m. Tuesday at 2759 Montrose Avenue on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and suspicion of possession of methamphetamine. Solomon’s bail was set at $10,000.
