Dance Performance 2014 will be
presented in the Glendale Community College
Dance Theatre from Tuesday, May 27
through Sunday, June 1.
Shows are at
8 p.m. on May 27, 12:20 p.m. and 8 p.m. on May 28 and 29, 8 p.m. on May 30 and 31,
and at 2 p.m. on June 1.

Admission is
free and open to the public. No children
under five admitted. Seating is limited and on a first come first served
basis. Early arrival is advised. The Dance Theatre is located in the Sierra
Nevada Gym. For information call

The college is located at 1500 N. Verdugo Rd.
The annual
dance production has been held at the college for 44 years and features nearly 50
dancers and 12 different dances. Dance Professor Dora Krannig and Emeritus
Professor Lynn McMurrey direct the event.
Students both perform and choreograph the dances as part of their course
work from the dance production and jazz performance skills classes.
