'The Secret Garden' With Missoula Children's Theatre Program at Roosevelt Middle School

Mountain Avenue Elementary students will sing and dance their way through The Secret Garden during two performances, one at 3 p.m. and another at 7 p.m. This children's musical theatre production is in partnership with the Missoula Children's Theatre Program.

The program, based in Missoula, Montana, travels to Mountain Avenue Elementary each February for one week and is sponsored by the PTA. This unique theatre experience provides an opportunity to bring musical theatre to elementary schools at a time when funding for these programs is no longer budgeted.

Two directors from Missoula arrived in their little red truck with all the sets, scripts and handmade costumes on Monday, cast the show on Tuesday in a two hour audition,
rehearse each day after school this week and perform two shows at 3pm and 7pm on Saturday, February 25 at Roosevelt Middle School Auditorium in Glendale.
