Glendale Police Seek Armed Robbery Suspects

Police are asking the public's help following two separate business robberies.

Glendale Police are releasing video surveillance in hopes that someone can identify two suspects in separate business robberies. 

About 4 a.m. June 4, a male suspect entered the 7-Eleven store at 843 W. Glenoaks Blvd., Glendale. 

"He ran in a crouched position around the counter, pointed the gun at the clerk's feet and demanded the money from the register be thrown on the floor," according to a news release from Glendale Police Department.

"The suspect grabbed the cash then fled the store, remaining in a crouched position the entire time. The gun used was only described as a handgun with a long barrel," police said. 

About 12:30 a.m. May 30 a male suspect entered Subway restaurant at 818 N. Pacific Ave., Glendale.

The suspect asked what time it was and spent several minutes inside the business before leaving, police said. 

He returned about 1 a.m., ordered a sandwich and lingered allowing other customers to go ahead, officials said. 

"The suspect pulled out money as if to pay and when the employee opened the cash register he pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun. The suspect reached into the till and took the cash," police said.  

He is described as Latino or light-skinned Black, about 25 years old, 6 feet, with black hair and green eyes. He was wearing a blue hat and brown shirt in the video surveillance.
