The Government Inspector staged at GCC
GCC production of the comedy The Government Inspector opens Oct. 29.

The comedy “The Government Inspector” will be staged by the Glendale Community College Theatre Arts Department for a two-weekend run in the Auditorium Mainstage Theatre beginning Oct. 29.
Theatre arts instructor Matt Foyer is the director of the play adapted by Jeffrey Hatcher from the original by Nicolai Gogol. Bribes, mistaken identities, romance and chaos rule in the entertaining comedy that focuses on the human folly of self-deception. Due to adult subject matter, the play is not recommended for children.
Performances are Oct. 29, 30, 31, Nov. 5, 6 and 7 at 8 p.m. and Nov. 1 and 8 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 general admission and $12 for students and seniors. The prices include a $2 per ticket convenience fee. Tickets may be purchased online at www.glendalearts.org and printed out or held at the GCC box office for pick up before the performance. They can also be purchased directly at the GCC box office before the show.
