Sparr Heights Resident Betsy Wilbur receives two awards from the Real Estate Staging Association.
Glendale/Sparr Heights resident and businesswoman Betsy Wilbur, owner of Artisan Staged Homes & Room Redesign, was named as one of RESA’s 2015 Top 10 Home Stager of the Year Occupied Category United States™ winners, and as one of RESA’s 2015 Top 10 Redesigners of The Year™ winners. She is also a finalist for RESA 2015 Redesigner of the Year.
Betsy Wilbur operates Artisan Staged Homes & Room Redesign, a division of Wilbur Real Estate Group (Podley Properties associate), and has been a professional real estate stager since 2006. “We would like to thank everyone for their participation in the awards process; without the support of our membership, we would not be able to recognize so many well-deserving professionals in our industry,” said Shell Brodnax, CEO of the Real Estate Staging Association.
Betsy Wilbur received her Accreditation as a Home Staging Professional (ASP) in January 2006 and has been helping homeowners prepare their homes for sale ever since. She is the in-house Home Stager for Wilbur Real Estate Group, providing staging consultations and services to clients of the Wilbur Real Estate team as part of their marketing package. Her work is featured on the MirrorMate Company Website and in the 2014 Real Estate Staging Association’s Consumer’s Guide to Real Estate Staging.

Although she enjoys all types of staging and redesigns, her specialty is helping to transform former rentals or trust sale homes. Since these types of properties often need updating, she gets great satisfaction in recommending and implementing simple ideas to cosmetically update the homes, making them as attractive as possible without the seller having to spend a great deal of money.
The mother of two active boys, Betsy volunteers at Rosemont Middle School in La Crescenta and at Fremont Elementary School in Glendale, where she has served on the PTA Executive Board for seven years, including two as PTA President.
