This energetic dog is a 29-pound Poodle mix with tons of energy and a sweet disposition.  Hugo needs some guidance recognizing his boundaries from a gentle and caring leader, Monica Baltazar of Glendale Humane Society told Patch. Hugo can sit with a hand signal and is learning how to hold his sit when his collar is placed and removed.  "Since he has been at the shelter Hugo has shown much improvement in 'loose leash' walking," Baltazar said. "Hugo is very bright and learns quickly."
