A new mulita is on the Korean BBQ truck menu tonight.

Bring your exotic appetite and plenty of cash! The Kogi BBQ truck rolls into La Crescenta tonight at 6:00 p.m. and will stay until 9:00 p.m. The infamous travelling food truck will be parked in its usual spot on Foothill Blvd. at the corner of Rosemont Ave., just past the .
Master chef “Papi” unveiled a new item on the Kogi menu this week called Viva Mexico! The new treat is a trio of “red, green, and white mulitas stuffed with chorizo queso fresco and topped with salsa roja and verde,” according to the menu. Pretty good for just $5, eh? The spicy pork, tofu, beef, chicken and kimchi staples are all still on the menu.
Kogi visits Foothill Blvd. every couple of weeks to serve up a scrumptious fusion of Korean BBQ and Mexican food in the form of burritos, tacos, quesadillas, mulitas and more. Everything on the menu ranges from $2.10 to $7.00. The truck has gained a cult following in La Crescenta and around southern California. Customers often begin gathering before the truck even arrives. Families, teens and anyone with a palette for yummy food can be seen ordering up their favorite Kogi snack at the truck.
