Community Corner

PHOTO GALLERY: Spring into Summer with the Center for Children

On Saturday, the Children's Ministry and CFC co-hosted the Spring into Summer Event.

One of the joys running around town as a Patch photographer is meeting all the amazing people who make up our community.  The individuals at the La Crescenta Presbyterian Church do a great job at bringing their own community together as well as welcoming those from the outside.

Saturday, April 23, the Children’s Ministry and the co-hosted the Spring into Summer Event. Families enjoyed a delicious lunch for only $3, a music class taught by Jennifer Brown, face painting, craft and activity rooms, a skit on the Easter story, a bounce house, book fair, bake sale and a performance by Mad Science!

Ashley Adamson, Director Of Children's Ministry, and Pat Chambers, Director of CFC, hosted an open house of the childcare classrooms and facilities. Looking for summer camp ideas? CFC offers an extremely flexible program for first through sixth graders.
