Saturday July 11th - Rosemont Preserve Restoration Day

Please join us on Saturday, July 11th from 8:00am until 11:00am to help protect the natural habitat at Rosemont Preserve. We will be stabilizing our neighbor’s slope where some critters have been digging for grubs and eroding the hillside. We will be moving earth and mulch and installing jute netting on the south slope.

Wear sturdy shoes, comfortable clothes and garden gloves (long pants and sleeves are recommended.) Please bring shovels, 5 gallon buckets and hammers if you have them.

The Preserve is located at the north end of Rosemont Avenue, just past the chain link fence. As street parking is limited, please park at Two Strike Park.

This event is free to the public and suitable for all ages, no reservations required. Rain cancels event. Sorry, no pets please.
