The Glendale Community College Spring
Choral Concert will be held on Saturday, May 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium.
Groups performing are the College
Choir, Chamber Singers and Opera Vignettes.
A new ensemble, the madrigal jazz group Messa di Voce, will also be featured.
The
program includes Act II of La Boheme,
Smokey Joe’s Cafe, Into the Woods and the combined choirs singing two
movements from Requiem by Johannes
Brahms. Dr. Jayne Campbell is
musical director.

General admission
is $7 and $5 for students and seniors. Tickets
for the concert are available at the Auditorium Box Office, which opens one
hour before the performance begins.
