Updated: Mudflow Warning Lifted, More Rain Likely

The weekend's pounding storm might be over, but don't put your umbrellas away just yet.

The Department pf Public Works has removed its mudflow warning for La Cañada and La Crescenta, as rains taper off. But the respite is short lived as showers are expected to return to the region Wednesday and continue through Sunday morning. The National Weather Service anticipates another half to one inch of rain.

By the end of the week, high pressure will come in to warm up the temperatures, which will include day-time highs in the lower 60s and lows around 50, according to Stuart Seto of the National Weather Service.

Stay tuned for more weather-related news next week!
